By using Vadsen or joining the waitlist, you agree to use the service honestly and responsibly.

Waitlist access

Waitlist position is determined by valid registrations and verified referrals. The top 10,000 eligible members are intended to receive lifetime-free API access at launch, subject to product availability, reasonable use, and these terms.

Honest referrals

Do not use bots, scripts, duplicate identities, fake accounts, purchased lists, spam, or misleading messages. Vadsen may invalidate referrals, adjust rankings, remove accounts, or ban users who manipulate the program or abuse the service.

Account information

You must provide accurate information and may not submit another person's email address or phone number without permission. One person may not create duplicate waitlist entries.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, pause the waitlist, or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
